Alison Bain

Alison has over 12 years experience in coaching and personal development of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. Formerly a senior manager within the public sector, Alison was involved in developing and leading organisational change initiatives. As well as being a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Alison is also a principal member of the Association for Business Psychologists and a member of the Association for Coaching. She holds BPS Level A and B certificates in occupational assessment and has a wide experience of using tools such the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, 16PF, OPQ and WAVE, and is herself a Level A trainer and assessor.
