Carolyn Peacock

Carolyn served as a Police Officer for over 30 years and held the position of Assistant Chief Constable with responsibility for human resources. She held a variety of senior leadership and management roles working in operational and strategic positions. She was always concerned with the development, retention and promotion of people within the organisation and particularly committed to the development of women. As well as working on talent management strategy and policy Carolyn worked on a one-to-one basis with senior officers and staff for many years. Carolyn is an accredited executive coach with an interest in career development planning. She has a postgraduate level qualification in coaching, and specialises in supporting leaders and managers to deliver performance in practice.
