Patricia has spent much of the last 30 years closely involved and committed to individual personal development as a coach, counsellor, teacher and youth worker. Based in the Northeast Patricia also works for People-centric in Singapore, coaching within a variety of cultures and organisations. She specialises in leadership for directors, professionals and small to medium sized business owners, maximising the opportunities presented by change, developing an effective work/life balance and making positive change happen.
