Paul Widdup
Paul is a qualified executive coach, Solicitor and former law firm Managing Partner with extensive experience in law firm management at both strategic and operational levels. He has predominant interest and experience in Strategic Development, Quality, the Management of Risk and Regulatory Compliance, Change Management, and the way in which these issues interface with People Development.
He has experience of consultancy, writing, training, and mentoring and coaching leaders and managers on management and people development issues arising from change, particularly, but not exclusively, within the legal profession. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Law Management Section at the Law Society. He holds an MBA in Legal Practice Management and is an accredited coach with a postgraduate level qualification in business and executive coaching.
