Sara Luft

Sara is an Occupational Psychologist and a Senior Associate/Partner of People-centric. She brings extensive experience in executive assessment, talent management, leadership development, wellbeing, and psychometric testing.

Her experience with management professionals at all levels, from front line supervisors to board level executives, includes large-scale assessment and development centres, assessing leaders for selection and development, and bespoke management skills training. She is particularly interested in executives achieving professional and organisational success through coaching and innovative development experiences.

Sara earned a Bachelor degree from Oxford University, holds a first class Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from City University, London, and is an accredited NEO-PIR, OPQ32, MBTI, BarOn EQ-i, and HDS practitioner.
